Cricket Flour. I've chosen two simple recipes.
Recipe One:
Ingredients: 4 cups of flour (any kind)
1 1/2 cups of Cricket powder
Method: Combine cricket powder into the flour.
Recipe Two:
Ingredients: 4 cups of flour (any kind)
1 1/2 cups of roasted crickets
Method: Break off the antennae and then roll gently in your hands to break off the legs.
Then, using a mortar and pestle, pound until crushed. (it should look like brown specks)
Combine into the flour.
