Did you know edible insect are a super food full of essential micronutrients, vitamins, and fatty acids, not to mention they're high in protein? I didn't. Okay, I knew about the high protein bit, but I wasn't about to go into the bush, find a meal-worm and eat it. Then last year I saw a woman on The Shark tank start explaining how tasty they are to eat, not to mention how healthy they are.
Anyway, just one serving of cricket powder contains nearly twice the amount of calcium than full cream milk, plus it has twice the amount of iron than spinach does. Unfortunately on the website there wasn't a biscuit recipe on it, so I guess I'll just have to buy some cricket power and make my own recipe.
